The initial consultation session is 55 minutes long and the fee is $200.00. Subsequent psychotherapy sessions are 45 minutes long and the fee is $190.00, payable at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. Fees are ordinarily processed by the Ivy system that will send a text message request to file your bankcard.

If there is a need, fees can sometimes be adjusted. Also if life circumstances change during the course of treatment, a change in fee can be negotiated.

Please note that I do not participate in any private insurance plans, and I have opted out of participation in Medicare. At the end of each month you will receive a statement with the information necessary for reimbursement by your insurance company if you have out-of-network benefits. I am happy to help you to secure reimbursement as needed.

Sessions not cancelled with a full day’s notice incur the ordinary fee for that session. If you anticipate that you need to be away during your regularly scheduled session, please let me know and an alternative time can usually be found. Having sessions by phone or on Zoom is an option.
